Workshop Details
Ticket Cost: $12 - one mimosa included in the ticket price
When: August 31 at 11am
Where: Nineteen09 Wine Bar
What to Expect: 45 minute workout comprised of a 5 minute warmup + 20 minute group fitness + 20 minutes of yoga
Who: Everyone! Must be 21+ for the mimosa
What to Bring: a yoga mat (or towel), a water bottle, dress in layers
