Welcome to Challenge Fit Studio

Challenge Fit Studio is a family-friendly fitness studio that offers a functional-based approach to health and wellness. Our group fitness, yoga, and pilates classes are designed to help you achieve physical, mental, and spiritual health, while our comfy focus space and fun play space for little ones make it easier to find balance.

Functional fitness is all about training your body to handle real-life situations. Our programs will help you build strength and endurance and increase mobility and flexibility, leading you to feel confident in your everyday tasks.



Our yoga sessions are designed using traditional yoga poses and modern techniques to help you improve your balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning, our classes will help you find inner peace.



We know how busy life can get so we wanted to create a dedicated focus space within our studio. Bring your work, a book, or a fun project you've been working on and let your productivity soar. Enjoy complimentary wifi, coffee, tea, and snacks.



Our play space was created with your little ones in mind. It can be challenging as parents to balance health, fitness, and keeping your kiddos busy. We hope this space will allow you to enjoy some quality time with your family.
